At Sarla Exports we have an in-house designed three-stage quality control system that does not leave any room for mistakes or carelessness.

The first stage starts at quarry level where every individual block is carefully inspected. A 3D picture is drawn displaying all the characteristics such as shade classification, cracks, spots and suitable cutting direction.

The second stage inspection is conducted upon sawing where the material is closely inspected and various findings are properly recorded with drawings. Slabs / Tiles are measured for thickness accuracy and flatness. Repairing requirements wherever necessary are assessed and noted.

At the final stage the polished finished product is inspected using various gadgets. A proper recording of final shade classification, gloss degree etc. is done and photograph of different slabs / tiles displaying the total characteristic of the block are taken.

In today’s busy age where self-inspection is often not possible by the clients, we revert to latest IT solutions and remove this bottleneck. We provide inspection to the client in his own office by way of E-mailing digital scannings of the slabs / tiles along with the measurement list.
